ADSSC holds a 245D license, offering respite care, homemaker services, Individual Community Living Support (ICLS), Individual Home Supports (IHS) with and without training, as well as night supervision services. With each 245D service, clients have the opportunity to choose a skilled and trustworthy worker tailored to their specific requirements. In the case of IHS with training, a qualified staff member is carefully assigned to the client to ensure their needs are met.

ADSSC's Background

Access Day Support Services Center is an Active 245D Licensed Service Provider based in Hennepin County. Having received the license in December of 2022, we are fully immersed in finalizing the implementation plan of Access Day Support Services Employment Services.

To this end, we have familiarized ourselves with all key compliance requirements outlined in the Community Based Services Manual for Employment Exploration, Employment Development, and Employment Support. We plan on continuing our excellent services.

Through Access Day Support, the goal is to provide options for services beyond assistance with personal needs, to include vocational services. And although a good portion of the Employment Services will be done out of Access Day Support facilities, the center will provide ample room and resources for participants to explore opportunities and build vocational skills.

Among other things, the center will provide a computer terminal where participants can conduct searches and fulfill other tasks that require computer use. Center will also include a section to meet different sensory needs.

To enhance our agility, Access Day Support Services plans to recruit a highly skilled team of support staff, who will then receive extensive training on the unique service model that Access Day Support Services Center plans to implement. All staff will receive training as required by licensing and company policy.
